Taegeuk Sam Jang, the third Official WTF Taekwondo Taegeuk Pattern (Poomse) symbolises Fire. This pattern introduces open hand techniques, double strikes and back stance.
You'll need to get this one right for Green Belt (6th Kup).
It consists of 20 moves.
